America's Best sells the eye exam and the glasses as one package, combining what it calls both parts of the optical equation at a single price. It's part of National Vision, headquartered in metro Atlanta, with over 1,000 stores in 31 states and the District of Columbia. One detail matters if you're an optometrist: in certain states, the exams are provided by independent practices rather than by America's Best itself.
Store teams at America's Best put optometric technicians and opticians beside the doctor, and growth and training programs are open both to store associates and to staff at the Retail Support Center.
